About this position

Manager Maintenance position requires a minimum of D3 degree in Mechanical Engineering / Electrical Engineering / Industrial Engineering. Preferably a graduate of ATMI. Must have at least 5 years of work experience in the field of Production Machine Maintenance. Strong analytical skills, good communication skills, adaptable, initiative, and high work motivation. Able to work under pressure. Placement in Majalengka, West Java.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Maintenance unit for vehicles, Production tools, and heavy equipment.
• Supervise Mechanics and Electrical staff.
• Master the PLT system.
• Control all work in the workshop for both transportation and heavy equipment in the factory.

Requirements

• Minimum D3 degree in Mechanical Engineering / Electrical Engineering / Industrial Engineering.
• Preferably a graduate of ATMI.
• At least 5 years of work experience in the field of Production Machine Maintenance.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Good communication skills.
• Adaptable.
• Initiative and high work motivation.
• Able to work under pressure.
• Placement in Majalengka, West Java.
