About this position
The Senior Human Resources Officer (Generalist) position is responsible for managing various HR functions, including recruitment, organizational development, and employee relations, across multiple locations.
Responsibilities
• Handling Recruitment Process (Sourcing, Interview, Onboard, Recruitment Report, Newcomer Database Monitoring)
• Managing Compensation & Benefit
• Overseeing Organizational Development and People Development
• Developing and implementing SOP & KPI
• Engaging in industrial relation and external relation
Requirements
• Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Law
• Minimum 6 years experience in Human Resource field
• Experience in handling Recruitment Process
• Experience in handling Organizational Development, People Development, SOP & KPI
• Detail oriented, multitasking, and good communication skills
• Proficient in using Ms Office (especially excel system)
• Experience in using HRIS will be an advantage
• Fluent in English
• Can join as soon as possible
