About this position
Responsibilities
• Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company targets.
• Lead and manage the sales and proposal team to ensure high performance.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the renewable energy sector.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
• Prepare and present proposals, quotes, and sales contracts to clients.
• Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring profitability and client satisfaction.
• Monitor market trends and competitors to identify new opportunities and threats.
• Report regularly to Director on sales performance and market developments.
• Collaborate with the engineering and project management teams to ensure successful project delivery.
• Organize operational culture / habit to ensure high performance standards from all employees, which includes upholding teamwork, effective communication, consistent positive result, and continuous improvement.
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Physic Engineering, Renewable Energy, or a related field.
• Work Experience >10 years experience.
• Have experience in Renewable Energy / PV System projects.
• Have experience in managerial role.
• Strong Network within renewable energy sector.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Proficiency in Bahasa and English (verbal and written).
• Strong understanding of EPC business and/or PV systems / energy market in Indonesia.
• Proven ability to meet sales targets and manage client relationships.
