About this position

The Project Controller Admin is responsible for handling project deliverables and administration, monitoring project progress and costs, assisting in procurement and logistics, and supporting project management tasks.

Responsibilities

• Handle project's deliverables and administration, including project report
• Monitor and control projects progress and cost project
• Assist in the procurement process and material logistics
• Support PM and SM for project routine tasks

Requirements

• Minimum Associate's Degree in Engineering
• Minimum 1 years field experience
• Advance with MS Office / Google workspace, especially Excel/Gsheet
• Fluent in English (TOEFL >477)
• Able to work under pressure and critical thinking
• Able to create priority scale
• Able to work in team
Plus Point if you:
• Proficient in Microsoft project / primavera
• Familiar with EPC process, especially PV Plant Construction
• Familiar with S curve and costing report

• Well organized and systematics
