General Affair Staff
About this position
General Affair Staff position requires a minimum Diploma/Bachelor's degree with 2-3 years of experience in the same position in F&B/Retail companies preferred. Good communication, negotiation, attention to detail, and agility are essential qualities for this role.
Responsibilities
• Conduct periodic inspections and maintenance or coordinate with third parties to conduct periodic inspections and maintenance of assets and/or parts of the head office building.
• Carry out repairs or coordinate with third parties to repair any damage that occurs to assets and/or parts of the Head Office building.
• Responsible for the maintenance and repair of operational vehicles.
• Submit and check the realization of weekly operational driver expenses, including vehicle fuel, tolls, and parking.
• Schedule the use of operational vehicles.
• Check availability, process orders, and distribute Office Supplies every month or as needed.
• Coordinate with third parties to provide cleaning services and document delivery (courier).
• Record and inventory Company's movable assets.
• Experienced and familiar with the process of booking accommodation, transportation, travel allowances for domestic and international business trips.
Requirements

• 2-3 years of experience in the same position in F&B/Retail companies preferred.

• Willing to work under pressure/targets.
• Knowledge of the process of booking accommodation, transportation, travel allowances for domestic and international business trips.
