The Sales & Marketing Supervisor will be responsible for directing and coordinating all sales activities locally and regionally, developing products with customers, providing excellent service, overseeing the sales team, resolving customer complaints, identifying new sales opportunities, and executing sales plans.
Responsibilities
• Directing and coordinating all sales activities locally and regionally
• Develop products together with customer
• Provide excellent service speed and customer satisfaction
• Overseeing and directing performance of the sales team
• Liaise internally with production, warehouse, and finance department for sales process
• Handling and resolving customer complaints regarding a product
• Identifying emerging markets to find new sales opportunities
• Defining and executing territory sales plans
Requirements
• Bachelor Degree from any major
• Minimum 5 years experience in sales position
• Preferably those who have experience in plastics packaging or plastic manufacturing
• Good communication and good negotiation skill
• Target oriented and resistant to work pressure
• Good integrity, and strong decision maker
• Willing to business trip
• Having driving license (A)
