The HRGA Manager position requires a Bachelor's Degree in Law, Psychology, or Human Resources Management, along with at least 5 years of experience in the field. The role involves overseeing HR, GA, IR, payroll, training development, legal practices, and HR strategy. Strong negotiation, interpersonal, and leadership skills are essential, as well as fluency in English and upper intermediate proficiency in Mandarin.
Responsibilities
• Minimum education Bachelor's Degree in Law, Psychology and Human Resources Management
• Have a minimum of 5 years working experience as an HRGA manager
• Comprehensive knowledge of HR, GA, IR, payroll, training development, legal practics and HR strategy

• good leadership, honest, and trustworthy, detail, and posses cultural awareness and sensivity
• Carrying out maintenance of Delivery Vehicles (Trucks) & Operations
• Fluent in english and upper intermediate in mandarin
• Placement : Sidoarjo, Jawa Timur
