HRGA Manager
About this position
The HRGA Manager is responsible for overseeing compensation and benefits, performance management, recruitment, employee development, legal compliance, employee relations, and communication with external parties. The role also involves maintaining vehicles and operations in East Java.
Responsibilities
• Prepare and implement compensation and benefit system
• Prepare procedures and documentations for performance management system
• Set standards, procedures, and documentations for performance management system
• Prepare and implement company strategy & system for reach the company vision suitable with company's characteristics and conditions
• Set standards, procedures, and work instruction for recruitment and placement
• Identifies competence standard for all employee and prepare evaluation and training system to develop employee's skill
• Prepare and monitoring's company legal documentation according to government's rules and regulation
• Maintain employee relation and problem solving
• Supervise and take care disputes and work accidents
• Maintain good communication with external parties
• Regularly give informations and feedback to management
• Understand how to maintain vehicles (cars, trucks, buses, etc)
• Location : East Java
Requirements
• Candidate must posses at least banchelor's degree of law, psychology or human resources management
• At least 6 years of working experience in HRGA manager
• Comprehensive knowledge of HR, GA, IR, payroll, training development, legal practics and HR strategy
• Good negotiation, interpersonal and personal approaching skill
• Good leadership, honest, and trustworthy, detail, and posses cultural awareness and sensivity
• Carrying out maintenance of Delivery Vehicles (Trucks) & Operations
