About this position

The Factory Manager position requires a Bachelor's degree in Engineering and at least 5 years of experience in manufacturing management. Experience in plastic manufacturing is preferred. The role involves overseeing production processes, quality control, and safety standards, as well as leading and managing teams.

Requirements

• Familiarity with production planning software and tools
• Fluent in English and upper intermediate in Mandarin
