The Assistant Production Manager position requires a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or Mechanical Engineering, with a minimum GPA of 3.0 and at least 4 years of experience in a similar role. The ideal candidate should have knowledge in injection moulding, plastic thermoforming, and printing, as well as familiarity with ISO standards. Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills are essential for this role.
Responsibilities
• Bachelor degree in Industrial Engineering or Mechanical Engineering with minimum GPA 3.0
• Minimum 4 years experience in same position preferably those who have experience in plastics packaging.
• Good knowledge in injection moulding, plastic thermoforming and printing
• Familiar with ISO 22000:2018 & ISO 9001 : 2005
• Having strong strategic leadership skill to articulate the company’s vision and mission
• Good integrity, honest, trustworthy, good communication skill, detail and proactive
• Having good analythical thinking, logic thinking
