Responsibilities
• Memasarkan produk di online shop melalui live streaming Tik Tok Shop.
• Mengatur strategi untuk meningkatkan jumlah pembelian produk melalui live streaming Video
• Membuat konten yang akan menarik penjualan pada feeds Tik Tok Shop.
Requirements
• Diutamakan yang sudah memiliki pengalaman menjadi Host Live Streaming atau pekerjaan memasarkan produk kepada pelanggan (Pengalaman 1 tahun)
• Memiliki kemampuan public speaking yang bagus
• Penampilan rapi
• Bisa mengkondisikan diri di depan kamera (Penuh percaya diri didepan kamera)
• Memahami tentang pasar atau produk fashion saat ini
• Siap untuk melakukan live streaming di weekend (Sabtu & Minggu) dan hari libur nasional, serta bersedia bekerja lembur saat terdapat jadwal live streaming di malam hari.
• Memiliki keterampilan dan penampilan yang rapi serta kepribadian yang ceria dan menyenangkan,
• Memiliki kemampuan komunikasi yang baik, dapat berbicara cepat dengan pengucapan kata yang jelas dan tepat.
• Mampu membangun interaksi dengan Audience live streaming
• Mampu meningkatkan penjualan melalui live streaming (TikTok)
• Mampu bekerja dibawah tekanan, target, dan deadline.
• Bertanggung jawab, kreatif, dan inisiatif dalam melakukan pekerjaan
