About this position
Responsibilities
• Understanding and representing user needs.
• Monitoring the market and developing competitive analyses.
• Defining a vision for a product.
• Aligning stakeholders around the vision for the product.
• Prioritizing product features and capabilities.
• Creating a shared brain across larger teams to empower independent decision making.
• Supporting sales team to generate sales revenue.
• Maintain good relationship with principals.
• Create programs/event to enlarge product implementation on the market.
• Produce report to stake holders.
• Training and product knowledge transfer to users and team.
Requirements
• Bachelor/master degree in Business/Administration/Management, Marketing, Product Development, Product Specialist, Aesthetic Medicine or equivalent and relevant to the position will be prioritized.
• 3-5 years Experience on product management medical devices & consumables for Aesthetics product will be an advantage.
• Mastered Skills for Product & Brand Management, Marketing Strategy, Product Aesthetics, Inventory Management, Product Development, Product Launching, Event/ Exhibitions, Events, Principals Management, Market & Product Analysis, Presentation Skills, Business Analysis, Business Administration, Budgeting and Reporting, Risk Management.
• Advance communication and presentation skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia is a must.
