The Import Purchasing position involves purchasing goods and spare parts, negotiating prices, conducting market price surveys, controlling and planning stock analysis, evaluating suppliers, monitoring timely delivery of goods and services, and documenting purchases.
Responsibilities
• Purchasing goods and spare parts
• Negotiating prices effectively
• Conducting market price surveys and following price trends
• Controlling and planning stock analysis
• Evaluating and selecting suppliers
• Monitoring timely delivery of goods and services
• Creating purchase reports and organizing documentation
Requirements
• Minimum Bachelor's degree in any field
• Minimum 3 years of experience in the field
• Preferably experience and understanding of Medical Equipment
• Good negotiation skills
• Proficient in using computers and Microsoft Office applications
• Proficient in English, both spoken and written
• Able to work under pressure and tight deadlines
• Honest, responsible, agile, and able to work in a team
• Willing to work in Cempaka Putih
