Sales Support
About this position
The Sales Support position involves managing customer data, processing orders, and coordinating with various departments to ensure customer satisfaction and efficient operations.
Responsibilities
• Input new customer data base into the company's internal system.
• Mastering prices, discounts, product types, contracts / agreements obtained from sales and customer payment requirements.
• Receive / serve customer orders either directly by telephone, fax, email or indirectly (via sales).
• Coordinate with related sections within the company related to customer orders both in terms of documents and stock availability.
• Follow up customer / finance for outstanding invoice status that has not been completed.
Requirements
• At least Diploma / Bachelor's degree in any major.
• Minimum 1 years of working experience as Admin Support.
• Familiar with excel (Vlookup, Hlookup, Pivot).
• Willing to be placed in Head Office - Sunter.
