About this position

The QC Supervisor (NDT MTPT Lvl. 2) is responsible for ensuring quality control in fabrication projects by reviewing specifications, conducting tests, and preparing reports.

Responsibilities

• Review quality requirement of project specification and to prepare inspection test plan.
• Review WPS / PQR, welder certificate, welding map, NDT map.
• Verify the mill certificate of incoming material.
• Conduct welder performance test.
• Conduct daily quality control activities.
• Prepare the non-conformance report for the non-acceptable result.
• Review inspection photo report and prepared for MDR.
• Witness final acceptance of hydrostatic.

Requirements

• Bachelor degree in Mechanical / Metallurgy / Marine Engineering.
• Min. 5 years of working experience in QC Fabrication.
• Have a certificate NDT Lvl. 2.
• Willing to be assigned out of town (sort / long time).
• Placement Pasar Kemis – Tangerang.
