The IT Application Customization Specialist is responsible for ensuring smooth daily operations, providing user training, and maintaining communication across departments for the implementation of new projects or enhancements related to IS Retail processes.
Responsibilities
• Ensure smooth daily operations with excellent levels of support and service delivery
• Ensuring full completion of functional enhancements and process improvement activities related to IS Retail processes
• Monitoring all outstanding requirements and problems
• Maintain good communication across all related departments in relation to the implementation of new projects or enhancements related to IS Retail
• Provide necessary user training in order to enhance users' familiarization with the system, thus allowing them to maximize the use of the system
• Maintain user documentation to provide necessary guidelines to users.
Requirements
• A degree in a related field
• Relevant certification
• Experience within the IT industry (retail knowledge is benefit), obtained through roles such as IT functional support or enterprise software development
• Understanding hardware, software and programming language(is benefit) along with strong problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, teamwork and effective communication skills
• Understanding of ERP (SAP) or other ERP is a plus
• Understand the company's business process
