The Head of Marketing is responsible for overseeing all marketing activities to increase sales, brand awareness, and partnerships. They must ensure the smooth running of branding, promotions, events, collaborations, and other aspects necessary to support sales growth.
Responsibilities
• Ensure marketing team tasks are running smoothly, including Branding, Promotion, Brand Awareness, Partnership, Reporting Program, Event, Collaboration, and all aspects needed to support sales growth.
• Ensure programs run smoothly to increase store sales.
• Maintain good and profitable partnerships with partners.
• Create events that are suitable and capable of increasing sales and store traffic.
• Coordinate with team and related divisions.
• Maintain Social Media and good relationships with the media.
• Obtain other income from created programs and maintain promo targets.
• Ensure promotions, mailers, etc. are running according to the timeline.
Requirements
• Minimum Bachelor's degree.
• At least 5 years of experience in retail/sales companies.
• Possess a marketing skill certificate.
• Proficient in English.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Understanding of marketing promotion programs.
