The Head of Learning & Development is responsible for developing, facilitating, and overseeing training programs for employees to enhance workforce effectiveness.
Responsibilities
• Plan, coordinate, and conduct TNA for all employees
• Evaluate the alignment between needs and provided training
• Review, develop, and update modules and curriculum as per current company needs
• Review and update SOP & IK
• Analyze training results and review effectiveness
• Weekly, monthly, and yearly reporting to superiors and the Board of Directors
• Ensure training runs according to schedule/plan
• Develop all skills of staff and supervisors in the training department
• Renew and create modules, routine budgets, and training schedules
Requirements
• Min Bachelor Degree for any major
• Min 2 years experience as a Manager
• Fluent English
• Designing Training Program, Evaluating Training Program
• Microsoft Excel, Power Point, Word
