About this position

The Customer Relationship Management Internship position involves handling customer issues, data issues, and complaint handling.

Responsibilities

• Collecting and classifying problems that occur in the field
• Analyzing problems that result in those issues
• Creating problem-solving strategies to resolve those issues
• Generating reports, future-proofing analysis, and problem-solving for communicating with the frontline store team when problems arise for initial screening

Requirements

• Must be in Semester 8 or last semester in any major
• Proficient in data administration
• Fluent in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
