About this position

The Chef will oversee daily kitchen operations, manage staff, develop menu selections, collaborate with culinary team, and maintain inventory to optimize profitability.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the kitchen ensuring standards of food quality, presentation, and safety.
• Assist Head Chef for Manage staff
• Develop and create exciting menu selections
• Collaborate with the culinary team to create innovative menus and seasonal offerings.
• Maintain inventory, control costs, and optimize profitability.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred.
• Excellent guest service skills
• At least minimum 2 years of working experiences (esp Sous Chef)
• Strong leadership skills and ability to motivate a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Knowledge of food and beverage trends, safety protocols, and industry best practices
