About this position

The QA/QC Supervisor is responsible for maintaining product quality to reduce customer complaints and return targets. They analyze and summarize any obstacles/work methods that can affect material usage, identify root problems related to quality, coordinate with relevant parties for problem-solving, and ensure that existing processes run according to SOP, IK, and specified quality standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering/Pure Chemistry, with a minimum GPA of 3.00.
• Good analytical and critical thinking skills.
• Detail-oriented, firm, and with integrity.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Experience as a QC Supervisor/Coordinator is a plus.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Willing to work in shifts.
• Willing to travel outside the city.
• Not allergic to dust.
• Placement in East Java (Mojokerto/Sidoarjo/Lamongan)/Central Java (Sragen/Banjarnegara).
