About this position

The HSE Staff will be responsible for establishing a safety culture, forming safety committees, conducting inspections on safety equipment, creating safety programs and budgets, and providing safety training.

Responsibilities

• Establish a safety culture and 5R related to work safety
• Form safety committees (P2K3)
• Ensure, inspect, and conduct monthly inspections on the suitability and availability of PPE and safety equipment such as fire extinguishers, first aid kits, etc.
• Develop work programs and budgets for work safety (K3)
• Conduct socialization and training on work safety (K3)

Requirements

• Maximum age of 35 years old
• D3/S1 in any major (preferably Environmental Engineering/K3/Public Health/Occupational Health)
• Minimum 1 year of experience as an HSE staff in a manufacturing company
• Certified in general K3 expert/AK3U
• Understanding of HIRA/JSA/Risk Management concepts
• Experience as a secretary of safety committees (P2K3) is a plus
• Understanding of ISO 9001, 14001, 45001 audits is a plus
• Not allergic to dust
• Placement in East Java (Mojokerto/Lamongan) and Central Java (Banjarnegara)
