Customer Service Supervisor
About this position
The Customer Service Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the order management process, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in sales orders, and coordinating with various departments and external partners to facilitate delivery and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
• Sales order creation, Delivery Order, monitor proof of delivery, and billing. All order must be accurate and on time.
• Register new customer to Master Data Management team
• Manage back order and allocation based on feedback from demand planner
• Provide clarity for order status, delivery status, and all documents required.
• Handle order scope 1000+ SKUs including spare part, delivery to Traditional Channel, Modern Channel, Industrial Channel and E Commerce
• Coordinate with other department for delivery timing
• Coordinate with 3PL for delivery process
• Warranty claim and return processing
• Reporting for Unit Fill Rate, On Time in Full, Sales Tracking
• Process tax invoice
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in economic or equivalent
• 3+ years of experience in order to cash / customer service / order fulfillment area
• Good knowledge of MS Office with advanced skills in Excel & PowerPoint will be advantage
• Experience in SAP a must
• Solid background in Order fulfillment area
• Strong verbal & written communication skills in English
• Good interpersonal skills to interact with all levels of the organization
• Highly organized with the ability to complete multi-tasks in a timely manner
• High team spirit and commitment, systematic and target-oriented working style
• Must possess high level of integrity and a positive working attitude
