About this position
Responsibilities
• Responsible in supporting recruitment projects (such as assisting and being involved in onboarding, market visits, and mill visits).
• Create and maintain a talent pipeline.
• In charge of CV Screening, scheduling candidates' psychological tests, interviewing candidates, scheduling candidates' interviews with users, and hiring new employees.
• Support @lifeatkcsoftex social media (content planning, design, execution, etc).
Requirements
• Majoring in Psychological, Human Resources Management, or equivalent.
• Available for 1 year period.
• Final-year students and still active in college.
• Good written and communication skills - both English and Indonesia.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Ms. Word, Excel, and Power Point).
• Interested in Recruitment.
• Get used to recruitment tools.
• Having design skills (Photoshop, Canva, Corel Draw, etc) is a must.
• Willing to be placed in Alam Sutera, Tangerang.
