Marketing Support (Contract)
About this position
The Marketing Support position involves assisting the Brand Team with documentation and product distribution, preparing for events and store needs, and coordinating with various teams to ensure smooth operations.
Responsibilities
• Assist the Brand Team both in the documentation and product distribution.
• Prepare event & store needs (i.e. products, gifts, branding, gimmicks).
• Coordinate with the Delivery Team to ensure distribution goes according to schedule.
• Coordinate with the Promotion Team for event preparation.
• Prepare and record documentation of the gimmicks installation in each store.
• Ensure the Sales Area that the gimmick has been received and installed in all store.
• Coordinate and follow up the production of the branding process with suppliers (i.e. requesting samples, price offers, mock-ups, and proof prints until the gimmick is ready to be sent to the warehouse).
Requirements
• Majoring in Management/Marketing, or any related discipline.
• Willing to work temporarily for a 6-month contract period.
• Used to meet and collaborate (follow-up) with advertisement vendors.
• Have experience as Marketing Support for at least 1 year.
• Good communication skills and detail-oriented.
• Proficient in Ms. Office (especially Ms. Excel).
• Able to do administrative tasks & data reports.
• Willing to be placed in Alam Sutera.
