HRBP Intern
About this position
The HRBP Intern will be responsible for managing employee engagement projects, collaborating with the HRBP Commercial team, and developing communication strategies to enhance understanding of HR processes.
Responsibilities
• Manage an end-to-end project of employee engagement and coordinating with key persons in each area to ensure comprehensive reporting and results.
• Monitor, manage, and follow-up on HR activities in collaboration with the HRBP Commercial team.
• Develop clear and effective communication strategies design to simplify stakeholders understand the HR process.
• Support and contribute to the Sales Development and Performance Matrix project.
Requirements
• Majoring in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent.
• Final-year students and still an active student.
• Proficient in Ms. Office and able to use any design application, especially Canva.
• Good communication skills.
• Available for at least 6 months internship period.
• Willing to be placed in Alam Sutera, Tangerang.
