In 2000, Japfa completed integration downstream in Indonesia by marketing branded processed food directly to the consumer. The Food Technologist position involves selecting vendors for raw materials, supporting product development, and ensuring compliance with food safety standards.
Responsibilities
• The process of selecting vendors for raw materials according to Company requirements conducting a trial in the R&D laboratory and production, make product.
• Supporting documents, facilitate sample requests from sales & marketing.
• This role also includes the development of both existing products and new products, control raw materials, quality, food safety, 5S appropriately, and Shelf Life Study Report.
Requirements
• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Food Technology.
• At Min 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position; Fresh Graduate are welcome.
• Understand on Good Manufacturing Practices and Implement company policies regarding GMP, HACCP, and 5S programs or other policies of the company and its work environment in food manufacturing.
• Dynamic, agile, pro-active, and challenger personality.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Willing to be based in Megamendung - Bogor; Jawa Barat.
