Order Management Specialist
About this position
Responsibilities
• Order Processing: Receive customer orders, ensure the accuracy of order information, and organize cross-departmental reviews and order confirmation.
• Order Flow Management: Ensure smooth order processing, identify and resolve potential problems, and optimize workflows.
• Order Tracking: Track all stages of the order process, from order initiation to delivery, ensuring timely completion.
• Customer Communication: Communicate with customers to confirm order requirements, delivery dates, and other details, and address any issues during the order process. Handle customer complaints and issues related to orders, ensuring customer needs are met and enhancing customer satisfaction.
• Data Analysis and Reporting: Regularly analyze order data, inventory status, etc., and report on order processing efficiency, issues, and improvement suggestions.
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree or above, at least 1 year relevant work experience;
• Proficient in Ms Office;
• Understand about B2B concept;
• Good at communication, coordination, problem-solving, and data analysis skills;
• Fluent in English.
