Industrial Relations Specialist
About this position
Responsibilities
• Handle employee relations and resolve workplace conflicts in line with labor laws;
• Ensure compliance with local labor regulations and legal requirements;
• Conduct disciplinary actions and grievance handling processes;
• Oversee day-to-day HR administrative tasks such as Attendance, employment contract monitoring and HRIS management;
• Manage employee onboarding, offboarding, termination and employment lifecycle processes;
• Provide support on HR policy implementation and operational efficiencies;
• Prepare and submit compliance reports as per labor laws and regulatory standards;
• Conduct and monitoring LKS Bipartit
Requirements
• Bachelor degree in Law/Human Resources/Psychology;
• Having at least 2 years experience in the same position, preferably from Manufacturing/FMCG Industry;
• Able to build good communication with employees, company management, government agencies, local communities;
• Good communication skill & teamwork;
• Having good knowledge of Employment Law that follows government regulations.
