PT. Smoore Technology Indonesia is branch of SMOORE International Holdings Limited. We are a new investment in Malang manufacturing electronic cigarettes components, the total staff scale will be more than 1500 people.

About this position

Smoore is a global leader in offering vaping technology solutions, including manufacturing vaping devices and components for HNB products on an ODM basis, with advanced R&D technology, strong manufacturing capacity, wide-spectrum product portfolio, and diverse customer base.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for making, reviewing, customs declaration and managing the customs declaration documents of overseas and local procurement materials and machines etc;
• Follow up the status of inspection and release of goods by the customs stationed in the factory, communicate with the on-site customs staff, coordinate the handling of abnormal items in the inspection, and improve the timeliness of customs clearance;
• Subcon business, management of customs end process, compliance reporting and management of material subcon, processed product recycling, tailings, and processing waste, to ensure process compliance and smooth customs clearance;
• Waste compliance management, clean-up declaration to meet the needs of production clean-up frequency, control and control the destruction of suppliers, cooperate with the customs to conduct on-site supervision of destruction, and form traceable supervision records;
• Communicate with relevant customs departments, complete monthly, quarterly and annual on-site audit docking of customs imported materials, and communicate and process;
• Assist the customs manager in the compliance construction of the company's customs management and maintain the credit rating of the bonded area;

Requirements

• Bachelor degree or above
• More than 2 years experience in operating customs systems such as TPB Ceisa,
• More than 2 years working experience in bonded factories, PPJK certificate is preferred;
• Responsible and patient, conscientious and responsible, good communication skills, familiar with Indonesian customs policies and regulatory changes;
• Fluent in English both oral and written, Mandarin speaker is preferred.
