Human Resources Supervisor
About this position
Responsibilities
• To manage the updating, monitoring and evaluation of the implementation of procedures and systems related to industrial relations
• According to the applicable UUTK, follow and implement the relevant system changes of the company
• Maintain a good relationship with the internal and external environment
• Supervise and guide the attendance, payroll process and related matters, manage the distribution of payroll and related data
• Processing payments for other benefits such as donations, treatment and care
• Manage and evaluate employee insurance claims
• Check data and tax deductions, and make tax reports as required
• Periodically review work contracts
Requirements
• Bachelor degree Psychology/Law/Management Human Resources
• Having minimum 5 years experience as a Human Resources Supervisor
• Proficient in laws and regulations, PPH21, labor relations and other relevant laws and regulations
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Fluent in English, Mandarin speaker is preferred.
