PT. Smoore Technology Indonesia is branch of SMOORE International Holdings Limited. We are a new investment in Malang manufacturing electronic cigarettes components, the total staff scale will be more than 1500 people.
About this position
SMOORE is a global leader in offering vaping technology solutions, including manufacturing vaping devices and vaping components for HNB products on an ODM basis, with advanced R&D technology, strong manufacturing capacity, wide-spectrum product portfolio and diverse customer base.
Responsibilities
• Responsible for the introduction, management and maintenance of automation equipment, solve equipment bottlenecks, and OEE and UPH in advance;
• Responsible for product production process and technical efficiency optimization management, improve product production efficiency and product quality, and reduce costs through lean production;
• Responsible for the work of process, equipment, engineering materials, PE, IE, to ensure that the product is put into production and meets the technical requirements of the product;
• Maintenance and supervision of facilities for normal operation of supporting factories;
• Developing the Engineering Organization.
Requirements
• Bachelor degree or above major in electronics or electromechanical and other related majors;
• Proficiency in using related 2D and 3D software, such as ProEng (creo), Autocad, etc.;
• More than 10 years of work experience in automobiles, mobile phones or consumer electronics, large foreign companies are preferred and more than 5 years of management experience;
• More than 4 years of experience in the introduction and maintenance of automation equipment;
• Overall strategic layout and planning capabilities;
• Have their own understanding of intelligent manufacturing and industry 4.0;
• Team management ability.
