PT. Smoore Technology Indonesia is branch of SMOORE International Holdings Limited. We are a new investment in Malang manufacturing electronic cigarettes components, the total staff scale will be more than 1500 people.

About this position

The ideal candidate is a highly analytical leader who will join our senior management team. You will be responsible for leading the company's day-to-day business operations (managing the company budget, ensuring operational compliance is followed, and addressing administrative issues).

Responsibilities

• According to the strategic goals and work priorities of the Indonesian base, formulate an annual key work plan for the production and operation department.
• Organize and decompose the annual goals of the production and operation department, determine the annual key tasks of the subordinate departments and supervise the implementation.
• Responsible for establishing and improving the production and operation management system, including quality planning, process improvement, etc.
• Organize and regularly review the annual production plan and total budget.
• Approve the expenditure of expenses according to the authority to ensure the normal progress of production management and effective control of costs.
• Master the production status, coordinate the resources and cooperation of various departments, and solve the problems in production in time.
• Organize the introduction, promotion and use of new technologies and equipment.
• Organize the implementation, supervise and regulate the production process of various processes, quality, equipment, cost, output indicators, etc.
• Establish and improve the implementation of management systems to supervise production, engineering, and logistics.
• Establish and improve customer support system, maintain customer relationship, improve market, customer satisfaction and company competitiveness.

Requirements

• Bachelor degree or above, those with rich experience can relax appropriately.
• Fluent in English and can be used as working language;
• Background in MES (Electronic Manufacturing Services), FMCG, pharmaceutical manufacture preferred.
• Ability to manage a varied and complex workload.
• Strong leadership, project management, communication and execution skills;
• Have awareness of risk control and cost efficiency.
• Have outstanding leadership, overall view, and clear logical thinking.
