PT SMART Tbk (SMART) adalah salah satu perusahaan publik produk konsumen berbasis kelapa sawit yang terintegrasi dan terkemuka di Indonesia yang berkomitmen pada produksi minyak sawit yang berkelanjutan. Perkebunan kelapa sawit SMART mencakup 137,000 hektar (termasuk plasma). Aktivitas utama kami adalah penanaman dan pemanenan pohon kelapa sawit, pengolahan tandan buah segar (TBS) menjadi minyak sawit (CPO) dan inti sawit, dan pemrosesan CPO menjadi produk bernilai tambah seperti minyak goreng, margarin, shortening, biodiesel dan oleokimia, serta perdagangan produk berbasis kelapa sawit ke seluruh dunia. SMART juga mengoperasikan 16 pabrik kelapa sawit, 4 pabrik pengolahan inti sawit dan 4 pabrik rafinasi di Indonesia.

About this position

Ensure on the delivery of program that has been developed and review, evaluate and record training comprehensively.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate training needs analysis for individuals across the organization.
• Develop, deliver, and periodically review training programs, curriculum and learning materials.
• Work with business to develop and implement effective induction programs and material.
• Analyze, design and development, write, review and evaluate of training and learning materials.
• Document and update training records that are comprehensive.
• Lead the development and delivery of specific learning and development program that are targeted to cater the need of talent pool (e.g less than 15).
• Coordinate delivery of training programs by leveraging both external & internal trainer and ensure continuous improvement of training materials and providers.
• Organize, administrate and set up training programs and events as required.
• Build useful relationships with external learning providers or facilitators.
• Deliver training related on topics that has been trained as trainer.

Requirements

• Min Bachelor Degree in any field.
• Having min 5 years of working experience in Learning Development in Palm Oil Plantation sector.
• Good in communication and analytical thinking.
• Willing to be located in Head Office Jakarta.
