About this position
Responsibilities
• Facilitate training needs analysis for individuals across the organization.
• Develop, deliver, and periodically review training programs, curriculum and learning materials.
• Work with business to develop and implement effective induction programs and material.
• Analyze, design and development, write, review and evaluate of training and learning materials.
• Document and update training records that are comprehensive.
• Lead the development and delivery of specific learning and development program that are targeted to cater the need of talent pool (e.g less than 15).
• Coordinate delivery of training programs by leveraging both external & internal trainer and ensure continuous improvement of training materials and providers.
• Organize, administrate and set up training programs and events as required.
• Build useful relationships with external learning providers or facilitators.
• Deliver training related on topics that has been trained as trainer.
Requirements
• Min Bachelor Degree in any field.
• Having min 5 years of working experience in Learning Development in Palm Oil Plantation sector.
• Good in communication and analytical thinking.
• Willing to be located in Head Office Jakarta.
