Project Manager for Core Telco
About this position
Responsibilities
• Working as Technical Project Manager for In-house Delivery and Partnership project
• Managed Project timeline to deliver project on time, on budget and within project scope
• Doing internal and external coordination to make sure the project is delivered with high quality and best customer experience
• Working closely and building relationship with the customer during the project planning and implementation phase
• Manage customer satisfaction, commitment and expectations to high service levels and manage escalations adequately
• Understand customer expectation
• Coach and support project team members with tasks you assign them
Requirements
• Have Experience 3-5 year in managing Core Telco project delivery and 1-2 years experience as Core Telco Engineer
• Having knowledge and experience in Digital Telco (Internet Point to point, Point to Multipoint, Broadband, secured internet, SDWAN, Radio Network, VSAT, PBX)
• Ability to manage customer satisfaction, commitment and expectations to high service levels and manage escalations adequately
• Industry Certification: Project Management (PMP, Price2 or PgPM)
• This position required onsite (WFO)
