Product Manager
About this position
Responsibilities
• Develop and own the product roadmap for the MySF app, aligning it with Smartfrens overall business objectives and customer needs.
• Define and prioritize product features, improvements, and updates, focusing on user acquisition, engagement, and retention.
• Drive user acquisition strategies, optimizing the onboarding experience for new customers and ensuring smooth account setup.
• Design in-app engagement initiatives, including loyalty programs, notifications, and personalized offers to increase customer usage and satisfaction.
• Lead the end-to-end development of app features such as top-up processes, international customer onboarding, and loyalty incentives.
• Gather and prioritize requirements from users, analyze market trends, and ensure feature designs are customer-centric and aligned with the MySF apps goals.
• Analyze app metrics, user behavior, and market trends to make informed decisions on product improvements.
Requirements
• Formal Education: Bachelor/Masters Degree
• Certification:
• Years of Experience:10
• Skills / Capabilities: Marketing Strategy, Product and Industry analysis, Negotiation with product partners for internal and external sponsorship.
