Presales Cybsersecurity Solutions
About this position
Responsibilities
• Driving of cybersecurity solutions in order to support our clients from proposal to delivery
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to create and routing the internal commercial process and approval
• Respond to sales and customer requests for proposals, develop designs and bills of materials for cost-effective solutions
• Provide technical pre-sales support to various entities for the purpose of promoting and selling cybersecurity solutions
• Entities include potential customers, existing customers, partners, and resellers
• Consultant and engage with sales and customers as a trusted advisor, listening and understanding their challenges and requirement - both technical and business
• Continuous service improvement
Requirements
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Cybersecurity through SIEM, SOAR, VAPT, XDR, PDP and PAM solution
• Industry-recognized certifications such as Splunk Core Certified PowerUser, compTIA Cybersecurity Analyst, Cybereason, Cyberark, Krontech or similar are preferred
• Deep knowledge of cybersecurity solution and architecture and understand the structure and the meaning of logs from different log sources such as FW, IDS, Windows DC, Cisco appliances, AV and antimalware software, email security etc
• Proven experience of a Consultative Selling approach customer facing role
• Able to work at office (WFO) and willing to learn new technologies
• Effective communication skills to convey complex cybersecurity concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders
