About this position
The CX Internship position is designed for final year or undergraduate students who are passionate about customer experience and data analysis, with a focus on application testing and stakeholder coordination.
Responsibilities
• Daily testing and reporting (channel : web, ussi, sms)
• Coordinating with related stakeholders related to the issues or concerns
Requirements
• Able to do applications and system settings
• Final year student or undergraduate internship program student from any fields are welcome with no offline classes to attend
• Willing to WFO for 6 month (Jakarta)
• Passionate and active using multiple mobile application and website
• Passionate about data analyzing
