About this position
The position involves formulating strategies for technical sales, leading presales initiatives, and ensuring profitability and customer satisfaction through effective partnerships and solutions.
Responsibilities
• Formulate the strategy on technical sales point of view to support the sales strategy in up-scaling current account & expanding the new market/segment account
• Formulate the product standardization to support the product & solution marketable & meet the customer’s need
• Lead & provide direction for presales & solution team in planning & executing the presales initiatives
• Formulate the feasibility & costing strategy to support project bidding are profitable for the company
• Provide partnership strategy with third party to ensure profitability & customer satisfaction
• Consults with and advising CFUs regarding telecommunications concepts, standards and services (pre and post)
Requirements
• Min 5 years experiences within Cloud & SaaS business. Having experiences as Presales or solution architect is a must
• MUST have experiences in Cloud Infrastructures and SaaS - at least one of the following domain: Public Cloud, Private Cloud, SaaS Productivity (0365, GWS)
• Experiences in both IT and Telco is a plus. Understand the future trend and convergence of both worlds
• Certification in Cloud/Virtualization/Productivity (O365, GWS) is preferred.
• Consultative selling practitioner. Have experience engaging customer at all level
• Have both good technical competences, business & commercial acumen
• Have a 'can-do' attitude, survive under pressure and able to work with minimal supervision
• Out of the box thinker
• Have vast network (Enterprise IT, SI & Principal)
