About this position

The Sales Manager for Food Ingredients will be responsible for retaining existing clients, bringing in new clients, and growing high-performing teams to achieve sales targets. They will need to be data-driven in decision-making, ensure end-to-end sales processes are in place, and work closely with other departments to support sales activities.

Responsibilities

• Retaining existing and bringing a new client
• Grow high performing to achieve the target
• High Data-driven in making decisions by assessing, analyzing, and taking an action to achieve continuous improvement
• Make sure end-to-end sales processes are in place and provide solutions whenever needed
• Monitoring team performance on daily basis by generating reports to identify the gap and quickly formulate and execute action items for improvement
• Managing and overseeing the sales team's productivity to achieve the target
• Work closely with other departments to support sales activities

Requirements

• Minimum 4 years experience in Sales Manager in raw material for food ingredients with proven track records growing high performing teams
• Degree in chemist/pharmacist/food technology
• Analytical and possess problem-solving ability with strategic thinking. Ability to identify gaps and provide recommendations
• Strong in people management, humble with excellent interpersonal skills. Good listener and strong communicator in a multicultural environment
• Excellent communication both in English and Bahasa Indonesia
• Keen interest to be hands-on in performing effective solutions in selling and managing clients/ retaining clients
• Results-driven with a strong focus on the means, and impeccable integrity
• Leading the sales team
