The Corporate Finance Manager will be responsible for ensuring the successful completion of various corporate actions for clients, coordinating with capital market institutions and supporting professionals, engaging in due diligence processes, and assisting clients with pre-IPO activities.
Responsibilities
• Ensure the client corporate actions such as Initial Public Offering, Rights Issue, Private Placement, Merger and Acquisition, and other various corporate actions are completed successfully.
• Coordinate and consult with Capital Market Institutions (OJK, BEI & KSEI) and Supporting Professionals (Public Accounting Firm, Legal Consultant, Public Appraisal Service Office, Securities Administration Agency) to carry out the client corporate actions.
• Engage in the due diligence process in gathering information regarding the client's business processes, operations, and financial aspects to be used as a basis for information in the preparation of a Prospectus that is used in the process of issuing equity or debt securities, through intensive discussions with the clients, field visits, and document studies.
• Assist clients in doing various things related to pre-IPO activities such as financial restructuring in which there is the capitalization of retained earnings, restructuring of shareholders, acquisitions, movement of fund flows, and others.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree required, preferably from Economy major
• Have license for WPEE is a must
• Preferably has worked on an IPO Project
• Excellent communicator & well organized
