Area Head (Tangerang)
About this position
AwanTunai is a financial technology company supervised by OJK that aims to provide working capital solutions for SMEs in the FMCG sector. They are looking for an Area Head in Tangerang to manage field sales, evaluate costs, provide credit proposals, and ensure revenue generation.
Responsibilities
• Implement strategies based on the Region Head's direction and coordinate with the Region Head on Area strategies
• Responsible for submitting Supplier Financing product proposals until they are suitable for submission and ensure Supplier Financing disbursement is carried out
• Manage the team, monitor team performance and work processes well in the managed area
• Ensure the team reports daily activities through the company-provided application
• Provide guidance to the team through mentoring, coaching, and counseling
• Responsible for overall sales operations & coordination of all other non-sales operations (risk, loan ops, admin) for an area under the Region Head's approval
• Responsible for achieving GTV & Revenue targets for the use of Supplier Merchant products under Area budget control
• Responsible for team resources (training, tools, etc.) and performance evaluation
• Collaborate with Product and Data Teams on launching new products/programs
• Maintain good relationships with Pareto Suppliers in the managed area

Requirements
• Minimum 4 years of experience in SME Banking (lending to FMCG business is an advantage) or minimum 6 years of experience in FMCG sales distribution
• Demonstrated ability to manage field sales, team management operations, and evaluate costs for product pricing
• Profound understanding of SME Risk and ability to provide credit proposals
• Demonstrated analytical, strong communication, and interpersonal network skills
• Target and result-oriented with good English skills being a plus
