QC Protection & Automation Senior Engineer

Responsibilities
• Lead the Quality Control team, setting goals, and fostering a collaborative environment to achieve targets.
• Perform quality assurance and control inspections on RCP, SCADA, SAS and other PA panels ensuring adherence to industry and company standards.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including PM, production, engineering and 3rd party to align on quality standards and best practices.
• Support training initiatives, imparting technical knowledge to team members and enhancing overall team capability.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations and promote a culture of safety within the QC team.
• Oversee documentation and reporting related to quality control processes and inspections.
Requirements
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Electrical or related technical field is required.
• Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in Quality Control, with at least 2 years in a leadership or supervisory role.
• Specific experience with RCP, SCADA, RTU or SAS panels is essential.
• Strong knowledge of protection scheme, setting and parameterization.
• Strong understanding of relay control systems, SCADA, and SAS panels.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and develop a team.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and decision-making skills under pressure.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with diverse teams.
• Certification in Quality Assurance or Quality Control such as K3L is a plus.
• Knowledge of relevant standards and regulations (ISO 9001, IEC standards, etc.) is preferred.
• Proficient in MS Office, Digsi Relay Software, HMI software and other protection/measurement software.
