About this position

This role is for the completion of all commercial/financial related matters of several customer projects (category S). Furthermore, collaborating with the respective Project Manager/ Bid Manager in all other areas with the objective of preparing the bid/ executing the project according to the defined Project Management (PM) standards, customer requirements and the applicable Financial Reporting Guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Drives own empowerment (e.g. get project target agreement, signature rights)
• Manages and optimizes targeted financial results of the projects (e.g.project gross profit, cash flow, assets and financing instruments)
• Acts as owner for several simultaneous projects

Manage projects throughout the project Life Cycle as following :
• Actively manages all relevant commercial and financial topics in execution phase
• Ensures an adequate handover phase, analyzes customer’s requirements, examines their commercial and contractual feasibility and transferability.
• Ensures examination by Legal and Envolves legal if needed.
• Guides and agrees with involved team members (onshore, offshore, site, etc) on all commercial topics
• Coordinates financial planning of Multi-Category S projects together with PM/Bid Managers
• Collaborates with PM/ Bid Managers in identifying, evaluating, assessing risks & opportunities and response activities
• Ensures the adherence to internal controls
• Implements applicable tax concept and ensures synchronization of contract structure therewith
• Regularly performs lessons learned activities on commercial aspects and feeds results into own project lessons learned activities and into own organization

Manage customer requirements:
• Actively gathers information on custom, requirements and targets regarding commercial aspects
• Actively communicates with customer's commercial representatives and manages resolution of commercial issues
• Manages customer expectations together with PM

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or related field
• At least 05 years’ experience commercial experience of managing cross-organizational projects.
• Additional 1 year intercultural working experience
• Proficiency in financial analysis, contract management, and risk management.
• Knowledge of relevant industry regulations and standards.
• English and Bahasa Indonesia proficiencies
