Business Application Specialist
About this position
Responsibilities
• Absorb all functionality of Siemens Mobility’s SaaS solution for railway customers.
• Interface between customer and other parties
• Act as a service manager for one or more customers.
• Receive extensive training in Europe for Siemens Mobility’s SaaS solution.
• Quick and adequate answering of functional and technical questions from our customers and consultants through various channels (e.g Slack, JIRA, email)
• Resolve issues according to SLA agreements by analyzing customer questions and provide solutions and stay in direct contact with international development teams
• Collect necessary information for development teams when new solutions are required.
• Stay up to date on the changes/improvements of our software, to be able to help the customer as adequately as possible;
• Sharing knowledge with fellow business application specialists through documentation and meetings.
Requirements
• Bachelor degree’s in IT or other relevant fields
• Strong analytical thinking skills paired with a curious mindset
• Possess a proactive attitude with the ability to perform under pressure
• Excellent communicative and customer-oriented skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English
• Experience in written customer support
• Experience in a similar position and/or working with software products is a benefit;
• Experience with Jira and Confluence is a benefit.
