About this position

The Key Account Supervisor is responsible for achieving sales targets in the Modern Trade channel, coordinating programs with accounts, building relationships with new and existing accounts, and analyzing sales reports.

Responsibilities

• Achieve sales targets for the Modern Trade channel
• Coordinate and ensure the implementation of agreed programs with accounts
• Build good relationships with accounts and expand new accounts
• Create and analyze Sales Reports

Requirements

• Minimum Bachelor's degree in any field
• At least 5 years of experience in Sales Modern Trade
• Experience in Sales Food Product, especially Frozen Food products
• Ability to build business relationships with multiple outlets
• Good communication and negotiation skills
• Target-oriented and able to work under pressure
• Build a solid and reliable sales team and work towards targets
• Honest and resilient
