About this position

The AR Staff is responsible for recording and checking all sales transactions, managing customer billing schedules, following up on overdue receivables through email, WhatsApp, and phone calls, checking and being responsible for the submission of new customer data, credit limits, and customer data changes, receiving and cross-checking billing results, and being willing to conduct audits/billing in the field if necessary.

Responsibilities

• Mencatat dan mengecek seluruh transaksi penjualan
• Mengatur jadwal penagihan pelanggan
• Memfollow up piutang yang jatuh tempo melalui email, WA, dan telepon
• Memeriksa dan bertanggung jawab atas pengajuan data pelanggan baru, Limit Kredit dan perubahan data pelanggan
• Menerima dan mengkroscek hasil penagihan
• Bersedia melakukan Audit /Penagihan ke lapangan jika diperlukan

Requirements

• Pendidikan minimal D3/ S1 Akuntansi/ Finance/ Management
• Memiliki pengalaman AR min. 1 tahun
• Teliti, tegas dan komunikatif
• Penempatan di Jakarta Selatan
