About this position

The Head Credit Analyst is responsible for overseeing credit analysis processes, ensuring compliance with regulations, and coordinating with various units to manage debtor selection and credit decisions effectively.

Responsibilities

• Ensure credit documents have been completed.
• Conduct on the spot (OTS) to ensure real business conditions and collateral for prospective debtors.
• Review results of credit analysis and credit analysis documents specifically Credit Analysis Tool (Perangkat Analisa Kredit), and Disposition Sheet regarding the PAK Proposal to be approved by members of the Credit Decision Committee.
• Checking the results of the 3 Pillar analysis and Early Warning of debtors above IDR 1 billion which is conducted by the Credit Analyst.
• Coordinate the results of the 3 Pillar Analysis and Early Warning to the Head of the Credit Control Services Division and with related units as well.
• Monitor the results of the four eyes principles analysis.
• Monitor debtor selection referring to the provisions of the Risk Acceptance Criteria.
• Coordinate the determination of the Decision Model.
• Coordinate with other units regarding Maturity Reports and DPD.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in any major, preferably Economics/Management/Law.
• Min. 8 years relevant experience in banking industry.
• Understand the regulations and business processes in the banking industry.
• Having good communication skills.
• Understand financial report analysis.
• Understand the litigation and credit process.
