About this position

The VP Operation is responsible for overseeing all operational activities across the center and branches throughout Indonesia, ensuring that company targets are met and operational strategies are effectively implemented.

Responsibilities

• Monitoring all operational activities at the center and branches throughout Indonesia
• Expanding branch networks such as in provinces, districts and/or sub-districts
• Ensure that all employees or teams meet company targets
• Ensure that productivity in the branch meets company targets
• Evaluate the performance of each branch and proactively identify problems to improve efficiency and propose solutions
• Determine and implement operational strategies, structures and processes
• Provide reports to the President Director regarding the results of work programs in the operational section (Operations and Regional/Branch)

Requirements

• S-1 All Majors
• Experience in a managerial position for at least 10 years with experience implementing operational process improvements
• Accustomed to compiling and creating operational strategies (Operation and Regional/Branch)
• Have analytical problem solving skills with attention to detail
• Ability to collaborate and work according to company targets
• Have experience in the field of Logistics/Expedition Management
