The Regional Manager is responsible for overseeing branch performance, ensuring operational efficiency, and aligning branch activities with company targets.
Responsibilities
• Develop and monitor branch delivery performance targets
• Analyze and evaluate branch performance based on the Service Level Agreement
• Conduct branch visits for branch improvements
• Monitoring and evaluating organizational structure and job descriptions so that they run effectively and in accordance with company strategy
• Ensure operational processes in the branch run according to SOP
• Ensure all shipments run according to Service Level Agreement
Requirements
• S-1 All Majors
• Experience in a managerial position for at least 5 years with experience in a freight forwarders/logistics company
• Have analytical problem solving skills with attention to detail
• Ability to collaborate and work according to company targets
